Challenge Groups


What are challenge groups?

Challenge groups happen each month and it's where I host challenges for people to participate in. I like to bring in about 5-10 people who are ready to commit to their fitness goals and need help and accountability. We will ALL commit to our health goals, fitness goals and keep each other accountable. We will be on a closed Facebook group and we will all be on a workout program, drinking Shakeology once a day, checking in with each other and offering support and motivation to each other EVERY day! I expect you to give 100% to this challenge and you will get 110% from me.

The challenge will also supply you with 1 month FREE Beachbody Club Membership. This membership will supply you with a customizable meal planner that is AWESOME! You can pick and choose your favorite foods, things you are allergic too and things you just don't like... and it will come up with a plan just for you. You can modify it, makes changes however you like and it makes the eating part a little easier. 







The most important part of a challenge group is that you are not in this alone!! People are always making commitments to themselves to lose weight and make healthier food choices, but how many people stick with those goals? Being a part of this group makes your goals real and holds you accountable for those goals. If you are having a bad day, you will have this team to reach out to and get the accountability and help and motivation that you need. 

I got back into Beachbody through a challenge group. I was feeling lazy and unmotivated and I needed that extra push to get me started. My challenge group pushed me to achieve my goals of getting toned and losing weight. My challenge group was always there for me when I wanted to give up. We all held each other accountable for what we were trying to accomplish. Not only did I meet a bunch of wonderful people, I still keep in touch with these people and we talk regularly about our business and share tips and goals and still hold each other accountable even after the group is over! 





This is the first step to changing your life. What do you have to gain? Think about where you are now and of course you have things to lose, that's why I said what do you have to gain? Are you looking for a change? Do you want to feel better about yourself? The most important thing to do is set goals for yourself. Where do you want to be in 30 days, in 90 days, a year from now, 5 years from now? If you are willing to put 100% into this, my promise to you is you will get more that you ever thought possible out of it. I am giving you the tools, offering you my help. Will you take it?


Challenge Groups I offer:

- 30 Day Shakeology and Clean Eating Group

- 60 Day Fitness and Shakeology Group


30 Day Shakeology group will focus on drinking Shakeology on a daily basis and eating clean. I will provide you with tips, recipes and motivation. 

60 Day Fitness and Shakeology Group will focus on a workout program that we decide will fit what your looking for, daily Shakeology, tips, motivation and support.
